Blue Haze Country Lodge - your Oasis of the Drakensberg - set in mountain and lake scenery bordering the very popular Wagendrift Dam in the picturesque foothills of the majestic Drakensberg mountain range - 450 km from Johannesburg and 170 km from Durban.

The perfect stop-over to rest, relax and unwind and an ideal base to explore and discover the treasures of the Central Drakensberg with numerous adventure activities, cultural experiences, exciting nature reserves and the fabulous Midlands meander - all within a 25 minute drive from Blue Haze Country Lodge.

We offer a range of accommodation ranging from Premier luxurious suites to self-catering log cabins. We have great open areas for children to run and play, a children's paddling pool, the playground and pony rides. 

Restaurant with a view - the famous Pheasant A la Carte restaurant is open daily where meals are served in the main dining room, on the patio, on the lawns, in the Pheasant Pluckers' Pub adjacent to the restaurant, or for a more intimate dining experience, upstairs in the Squire's Loft. 

We also offer conference and meeting facilities to accommodate 10 to 100 guests and wedding facilities and honeymoon suites with spa baths, log burning fire places and scenic views of the lake.
